More people are recording, and more consistently

205 people created actions or notices this quarter, up from 178 in the previous one. Active paying cities went from 32 to 33.

New cats and colonies are down because the previous quarter includes historical data loads from several cities. The census now grows through genuine new entries.

Daily feeding is now recorded through the feeding schedule, which creates the actions for each shift. Leaving it aside, the most frequent action is veterinary attention, with 384 records.

New-cat notices are how teams keep the census up to date: every new cat is logged in its colony.

Version 2.0 adds document reading, a simulator and a photo campaign

Available now

  • Fill in from a document: an invoice, a veterinary report or a delivery note suggests the form data. The person reviews it before saving.
  • Document reading on the record of cats and colonies.
  • Photo campaign to teach the system to recognise cats.
  • Assignments and reminders within the team.
  • Population simulator: compare scenarios to reach 80% of cats sterilized.
  • Inventory by compartments and costs per team.
  • Transfer of colonies from an association to a local council, closing of surveys, and Greek.

What we will measure in the next report

  • Use of document reading and automatic form filling.
  • Participation in the photo campaign.
  • Simulations run by local councils.
  • How many new cities are still active after 30 and 90 days.
  • Sterilization coverage by city.
